10 Year Insurance Backed Guarantee
All new conservatories from Hanson come with a full 10 year insurance backed guarantee meaning you are safe in the knowledge that your conservatory is a protected investment for 10 years. Of course, it is very unlikely that there would be any problems after the 10 year period – our conservatories stand the test of time.
What is Included in the Guarantee?
The guarantee covers all areas of your conservatory installation, from the conservatory frame and roof, leaks, electrics, flooring, heating, ventilation and most other defects. The guarantee obviously does not include accidental damage.
What Does ‘Insurance Backed’ Mean?
This means that you are insured with an insurance company in the unlikely event that Hanson are not able to honour the guarantee and carry out any repairs or remedial works. This is essentially to protect you should Hanson stop trading in the next 10 years.
